The GodInBodied™ Pathway traverses through three core phases:

Inner Union: become structurally safe enough to relate to yourself, others, and God from coherence instead of survival — so you can love clearly, speak truthfully, and live in integrity.

Somatic Recalibration: release survival-based identity structures and restore nervous system coherence to sustainably house a higher frequency.

Field Alignment: bring this new embodiment and transmission into your physical reality and allow your external life to restructure around this new found inner alignment and integrity.

All leading to the ability to hold the boldness, clarity, and integrity required to live your soul’s truth in life, love & service to the Higher Will.

INNER UNION

This work isn’t about becoming a better version of yourself. It’s about learning to relate to yourself and your life from wholeness — rather than from fragmentation, fear, or survival.

Inner union means reconnecting with the parts of you that have been exiled — the ones that learned to grip, to collapse, to prove, to perform — and restoring them to their rightful place within a coherent internal system.

It’s not about transcending your humanity.
It’s about including it — and becoming someone who can:

• Love without grasping

• Speak truth without bracing

• Choose intimacy without self-abandonment

• Serve without leaking

This isn’t “healing” in the sense of fixing yourself.
It’s about becoming structurally safe enough to tell the truth, hold real love, and live from your center — in relationship, in service, and in your connection to God.

The essence of this pillar of the mentorship process is focused on healing relational patterns (love addiction, avoidance, over-coupling) so that you can:

1. Cultivate inner safety and nervous system coherence

2. Reconnect with your soul — not through performance, but through deep self-trust

3. Live in devotion to truth, God, and embodied intimacy

Leading you to become someone who can love clearly, relate cleanly, and serve from inner order.

SOMATIC RECALIBRATION

If we do not work on the nervous system level, all of the fancy techniques, practices and spiritual work simply becomes a form of mental gymnastics. It may provide a moment of relief, but it will not last in sustainable transformation that sticks. This is where many spiritual seekers and even somatic practitioners stay for years.

My facilitation and work includes threads of nervous system regulation, somatic experiencing, embodied trauma resolution, IFS, polyvagal theory, feldenkaris, somatic touch work, depth psychology & my own system of energy work. It is aligned with the most cutting edge research in each of these fields and is an advanced form of somatic training designed to recalibrate your vessel to the Divine Intelligence which animates your biology.

Throughout our time together, you will go through an in-depth, full-blooded process that retrains and heals your nervous system on the deepest level possible. We will build the somatic capacity, resource and structure for your body to actually come out of chronic survival and begin to naturally reorganize. Then, and only then, we can begin to actually resolve, complete and release old stored shadow material from the system. 

A new level of life force and coherence will begin to come online as you unify on a deeper level with your bodily intelligence (which is the intelligence of the Divine). Thus, we recalibrate your somatic ‘firmware’ to decode the signals your body is sending you — signals you've been conditioned to dismiss, override, or gaslight. These promptings are not just intuition; they are the voice of God moving through your biology.

The entire point of engaging in this process is to first entrain too and then embody a timeline that is authentically in alignment with the stable, grounded expression of who you are when you're no longer operating from fear or separation.

From this place, your life becomes an undeniable, supernatural conduit for deep love, grace and the miraculous.

You no longer relate from lack or grasping. You no longer confuse attachment for intimacy.
You speak the truth with clarity — and no longer spiral in self-doubt afterward.
You stop chasing opportunities and begin being summoned by alignment.

The people you used to contort yourself to fall away — and new ones appear who meet you in power, presence, and prayer.

Service becomes clean.
You don’t need to perform, pitch, or prove.
Your frequency does the work. Clients, partners, allies — they feel it and respond.

You live in rhythm with your actual assignment.
Not the one born from trauma, urgency, or fear of being left behind — but the one etched into your soul before you incarnated.

This is what happens when you build your identity on Truth:
The entire field of your life begins to bend toward it.
Your world rearranges itself to reflect the sanctity now restored within you.

This is not manifestation.
This is divine congruence.
