You have touched it. You know it is real. And yet you keep falling from grace.
The Higher Knowing of ‘who you really are’ (beyond the ego), the Presence of God, the Soul that you can feel in moments of connection — you know this is the home of your True Nature.
& You are trying to integrate this into the oh so very human experience of your day-to-day life.
All of the work you've done has helped. And yet you have not found a space where these two worlds truly bridge.
You have a very high degree of self-awareness and can name all of your patterns, but even with that and all of your spiritual insight you still find yourself getting sucked back into old negative thought loops like a gravitational pull.
And despite everything you know, your body is still bracing. Still rushing. Still unable to fully rest into a sense of safe, grounded power. You can feel the gap between your spiritual knowing and what your body is actually living.
You sense your worth, and yet there is still an underlying sense of shame, urgency and fixing energy that colors your actions and is incongruent with your knowing.
It creeps up in the morning practice after you touch a higher frequency, feel the possibility and expansion and presence of God, but then an old emotion surfaces and fills your body.
You feel it most acutely in the places you have worked hardest to grow in.
Even though you know these emotions are valid, there is still this subtle judgement and wanting it to not be there…
It reveals itself when you go to express yourself and feel that tinge of self-doubt or second guessing & you hide your truth.
In solitude, you anchor your transmission so deeply, but the second conflict or stickiness comes up in community you lose your center and get pulled out of yourself.
& because you are so self aware patterns like this are immensely frustrating (ask me how I know).
Even deeper than all of this, there is likely this sense of spiritual loneliness at having outgrown most of the mainstream circles and religious institutions. There is a longing to connect with someone who ‘gets it’. Someone who actually sees you in your depth.
& all of this fuels the pressure you feel to anchor your Mission. To fully actualize the calling that is on your Heart, whether you are clear on what exactly that is or not. ‘Thy Will be Done Through Me’ is your deepest prayer. & this is the driving force behind your deep desire to close the gap between where you are now and who you know yourself to be in these moments of Truth.
Well, I am here to tell you that I get it. And I am here to hold that vision with you.
Here’s what is actually happening…
The fragmented parts of you are not blocking your True Nature. They are crying out to be included in it.
And because of your own rejection of them, your nervous system is still operating in survival and is never able to fully land in safety.
That’s why no matter how much work you do, there is a lack of true resolution or feeling of integration.
That’s why when you sense an uncomfortable sensation or emotion — your mind goes into fixation, fear and urgency.
Or when an old emotion or story comes up — you view it as something to overcome.
These are the ones who split off, buried, deemed too shameful or too painful or too much. And those parts carry an enormous gravitational pull. Every time you touch the higher frequency, they surface.
This is just furthering the divide and its why the UNION with your True Self cannot land.
The signal drops when these parts are rejected from re-entering the light of your own Heart.
Here’s the paradox: they are not in the way, they are the way.
Union lands in wholeness. Thus, the full reclamation of your Humanity is the doorway to your Divinity.
This Work is not about fixing yourself, ‘improvement’ or another place to learn abstract ideologies that do not have an impact on your life.
We are not trying to transcend these parts of you! Gosh, how often we try and do this.
What we are being called to do is build the capacity to truly turn towards them, in full presence, and allow them to be transformed through the Love that awakens through that seeing.
You may conceptually know this is The Way, but mentally knowing something and somatically-energetically embodying this act is the missing piece.
This is why we actually build nervous system safety. Not to feel calm, but to stay anchored in the face of this reconciliation process.
What you will find is that when you are able to allow this process to occur (I use the word allow intentionally), a higher love naturally enters the equation and actually “does the integration” for you.
YOU, as in your personality, does not transform these parts. Your True Nature as the expression of the Light of God in the World does.
The truth that this part was always Of & In God, fully Known and Loved, is felt as a direct cellular experience.
That’s what we will touch inside of this work. And accessing that in the face of your exiled parts and somatic dysregulation is what we will master.
This is where Spiritual Awakening, Energetic Mastery & Somatic Psychology all coalesce into a pathway that allows the entry point into Divine Grace.
Where we are transformed in the embodied remembrance of our Oneness with God.
What becomes available through this Work:
The first thing you will notice in our sessions after the initial butterflies is the exhale, followed by a deep sense of safety and peace.
Not ‘mental’ safety, but a visceral felt-sense “Oh, I am really safe and okay” within your entire body.
This is a space where we learn to truly listen to the body’s subtle cues (that we normally ignore) and build a sense of connection and presence that opens up an entirely new level of being here and now.
In the here and now is where we do our work. As most of us learned that to be here in our bodies was not actually safe, so we live our lives ‘above the neck’ never truly landing in the fullness of our depth and nourishment.
Together, we will slow down enough to settle the managing, analyzing and spiritualizing to truly arrive in presence.
You will feel a relief in the releasing of the fight against the body as we slowly drop beneath the surface level layers of anxiety, urgency and emotional tones that you are probably very familiar living inside of.
What we will create together is a field of resonance where you can truly meet your strategies, fragmented parts of self and emotional experience in a way that brings spontaneous compassion, easeful release and an organic sense of lifting.
This field serves as a place of homecoming for the parts of you that have been so deeply claimed in shadow, separation and pain as they are able to finally find solace in the arms of your True Self — the one who is one with God-Love-Light always. Not as a concept, but as a direct emergent experience.
Here is what is actually happening underneath all of this:
When you understand the intelligence of what is occurring, it creates openness and intimacy — here is where a higher love can enter.
We work directly with the Frequency of Truth to anchor the sense of “I am of, in and with God…always. Gos is here, too.”
This reconciliation of perceived separation does most of the ‘heavy lifting’ and is what truly differentiates this work from other forms of somatic-based transformation.
Here, we grow through grace, love and Truth as opposed to fear, shame and pushing.
This foundation allows us to ‘untangle’ from the stories, sensations, emotions and unconscious identities that have been running your life not by force but through aligning to a higher reality through the remembrance of what was always True and the release of what was always false.
Here, what is ‘seen’ is transformed through the higher vantage point you are able to meet it from.
This is not about bypassing. This is about looking, seeing and being re-known in Truth-Love-Light.
Through this process the old stories, emotions and narratives no longer carry the charge they once did.
You no longer ‘believe’ the stories of your emotions of your shadowy parts, but can meet them in complete presence without fear.
Your entire being starts to coalesce and organize around this anchored center of Divinity within your Humanity.
This is our birthright, to touch this level of inner freedom.

This Is Where You Are Going
The intention of this work is to anchor the frequency of Truth so deeply in your body that you no longer live in fear.
This means waking up with the ability to meet whatever it is you are feeling in your mind-body without it overtaking you.
You are able to sense the density and also still sense the higher reality that you are always and in all ways in, of and with God. You are able to meet your human experience more and more from this space of embodied presence, spaciousness and safety.
In relationships you are able to voice your authenticity and lean into vulnerability without shutting down.
You no longer live inside of the stories of shame and old protective layers that once kept you at war with yourself when you made a mistake.
Nor do you override your body, but are able to live, move and be in a state of prayerful attunement and spaciousness — even when things need to get done.
You trust your ability to meet high sensation in your body and can allow it to move through you without overwhelm.
But my favorite part to witness? It is the ever growing, deep communion with a sense of Divine Companionship that fills your whole being and the rush of light you feel enter your system as you feel yourself truly aligning to a reality where all is made new.
That you can viscerally feel God working in and through you to transform everything that was made from pain and misalignment.
It’s a feeling of full-bodied coherence.
To relax into the exhale of Knowing ourselves in Truth as Divine, and fully loved in our Humanity.
In this way, our very embodiment and presence becomes a tool for awakening and anchoring. The coherence and re-union you have cultivated in yourself begins to ripple out and change the fabric of the reality and lives around you. You become a vessel for the Christed Impulse to awaken in others on this Earth.
Here, we begin to perform in our true function, serving as beacons of Light and Truth rooted in Love. Nodal points anchoring Heaven on Earth.
Here is where we cultivate the embodiment of Yeshua’s Highest Commandment: “Love one another"
We learn to truly love and meet ‘the other’ within — the parts that have been so claimed in shame, fear, grief and rage — and through that inner communion we are able to extend that peace and harmony outwards for all to receive.
This is our individual and collective ‘True Mission’ I believe.
And it is what will transform the structures both within and without to anchor in The Kingdom & The New Earth.
