With that being said, I have been walking the path of embodied transformation and applied spiritual awakening for well over a decade and have been teaching for the past 6 years. My number one philosophy when it comes to inner work, if it doesn’t filter down into your relationships, your self image and how you meet life everyday — then it is simply a masturbation. Throw it out the window.
I could give you the list of the receipts of what I have walked through with this work — capital T trauma, psychosis, massive addiction, suicidality, horrible relational patterns with women, you name it — but what I want you to know is that I have walked through the valley of death and come out the other side, many times. I know the territory very, very well. There is almost nothing you could bring to the table that I cannot meet you in.
I spent years banging my head against the wall doing all of the 'embodiment' work and it was all bullshit. Nothing shifted until I learned how to create deeper safety, attunement and containment in my own somatic experience. This is that work.
